About the role:

• Leading and coordinating SEND provision across the school
• Permanent or Temp to perm contract
• 2 days per week working from home
• Dedicated admin assistant to support your caseload and paperwork
• Working within a collaborative team with strong leadership backing
• Excellent facilities and well-resourced SEND support systems

What you''ll need:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and the National Award for SEN Coordination (or working towards it)

• Strong knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice and EHCP processes
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A proactive, compassionate and solutions-focused approach
