Leaders have developed strong SEND systems, targeted interventions and collaborative working relationships with families and external agencies to ensure pupils receive consistent and personalised support throughout their education journey. The successful SENCo will oversee EHCP provision, intervention planning and SEND strategy across the school while working closely with teachers, pastoral staff and outside professionals.
