An ambitious and inclusive secondary school in West London is seeking a dedicated SENCO to join its leadership team on a permanent basis from September. You will lead the school''s provision for students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), ensuring that every pupil has access to high-quality teaching, tailored interventions, and the support required to achieve their full potential. You will work collaboratively with staff, parents, external agencies, and senior leaders to drive an inclusive culture where all students can succeed.
