      <description>Location: Birmingham | Salary: &amp;pound;209 - &amp;pound;249/day | Type: Permanent | Location : Solihull   Setting : Small Alternative Provision   Role : SENCO   Qualification : NASENCO required   Pay : GBP209.89- 249.21per day (DOE)    We are seeking an experienced and committed NASENCO-qualified SENCO to join a small, supportive Alternative Provision setting in Solihull.  This is an excellent opportunity for a SENCO who is passionate about supporting young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) and who understands the unique challenges and rewards of working within an Alternative Provision environment.     The Role   As SENCO, you will be responsible for leading and developing SEND provision across the setting. You will work closely with staff, pupils, families and external professionals to ensure that every young person receives the appropriate support to make progress.
