The successful candidate will play a key role in leading and developing the schools SEND provision, working closely with teachers, support staff, families and external professionals to ensure every pupil receives the appropriate support to thrive. We are looking for someone with strong knowledge of specialist education, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a genuine commitment to improving outcomes for children and young people with SEND.
