Position: SENCO Location: Barnet Salary: MPS/UPS (Outer London) Contract: Full-time, Permanent Start Date: January 2026 Key Responsibilities - SENCO • Lead and coordinate the provision for pupils with SEND across the school. • Work closely with teachers, support staff and external agencies to develop tailored interventions. • Oversee the assessment, monitoring and review of pupils with additional needs. • Ensure statutory responsibilities are met, including maintaining and reviewing EHCPs. • Provide guidance, training and support to staff to develop inclusive classroom practice. • Build strong, positive relationships with parents and carers, ensuring clear communication and collaborative working. ..... full job details .....
