This is a well-supported role within a school that places a strong emphasis on inclusion, pastoral care, and ensuring students with additional needs are fully supported both academically and emotionally. The successful candidate will lead the SEND provision across the school, working closely with senior leadership, pastoral teams, teaching staff, external agencies, and parents to ensure students receive appropriate support and interventions.
