You''ll care and consistently be intrigued by pedagogy. We want someone who can support with teaching and learning and be able to coach and inspire how we meet the needs of our SEND pupils. We''ll provide that time to understand the role and make / implement the changes you feel are necessary but we want that person who has passion to be in the classroom (as first and foremost we''re teachers) and that desire to drive inclusivity and support our community.
