Are you an experienced SENCO looking for your next opportunity£ A fantastic Primary School in Marlow is seeking a skilled and dedicated Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) to join their team. The Role:

As the SENCO, you will:

• Lead and manage the schoolandrsquo;s SEND provision, ensuring all pupils receive the support they need to thrive.
• Coordinate and monitor interventions for children with additional needs, working closely with staff, parents, and external agencies.
• Oversee and manage EHCPs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
• Provide training and guidance to teaching staff, promoting best practices in inclusive education.

This is a pivotal role within the school, offering the opportunity to work as part of the senior leadership team to drive the schoolandrsquo;s commitment to inclusivity and excellence.

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:

• Qualified teacher status (QTS) with SENCO accreditation or willingness to obtain it.
• Proven experience working with children with SEND in an educational setting.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication abilities and a collaborative approach to working with stakeholders.
