Experienced SENCO to lead SEN provision and work within a supportive senior leadership team

We are seeking an experienced and qualified SENCO to take a leadership role in a well-respected and inclusive secondary school in Slough. This full-time, permanent post will involve overseeing SEN provision, EHCP coordination, and managing the team of LSAs and support staff.

This is an exciting opportunity to work at a school committed to inclusion, with excellent structures in place for student welfare and development.

Experience and Qualifications

• Qualified SENCO with NASENCo qualification (or willingness to work towards it)

• Proven experience in leading SEN provision

• Strong knowledge of SEND Code of Practice

• Effective communicator and team leader

• Right to work in the UK

Salary
Paid to scale on MPS / UPS + TLR (SENCO allowance)
