This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, compassionate, and proactive individual who is passionate about supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.Working closely with the SENCO, teaching staff, parents, and external agencies, you will play a vital role in ensuring pupils receive the support they need to achieve their full potential.The RoleAs a SENCO Assistant, your responsibilities will include:Providing high-quality administrative support to the SENCO.Maintaining accurate and confidential SEND records and pupil documentation.Assisting with the preparation and organisation of Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) reviews and SEND meetings.Coordinating meetings with parents, staff, and external professionals, including taking minutes where required.Supporting the monitoring of interventions and pupil progress.Liaising with teaching staff to gather information relating to SEND provision.Ensuring SEND documentation remains compliant with statutory guidance.Assisting in the organisation of annual reviews and other SEND processes.Promoting an inclusive learning environment for all pupils.What We''re Looking ForThe successful candidate will have:Excellent ..... full job details .....
