      <description>Location: Hayes | Salary: &amp;pound;51000 - &amp;pound;55000/annum | Type: Permanent | SENCO - Two Secondary Schools | Hayes  Location: Hayes Start Date: ASAP Contract: Full-time Duration: Temporary / Permanent  We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated SENCO to work across two secondary schools in Hayes. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic SEND professional to take a key leadership role and make a meaningful impact on the provision and outcomes for pupils with special educational needs.  The successful SENCO will work closely with senior leaders, teachers, support staff, parents/carers and external agencies to ensure that pupils with SEND receive high-quality, appropriate support across both schools.
