Location: North London
Salary: Up to -50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

The Role

As SENCO & DSL, you will:

• Lead and develop SEND provision across the school
• Manage EHCPs, annual reviews and relationships with external agencies
• Support teachers with inclusive classroom strategies and targeted interventions
• Act as the school''s Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL)
• Lead mental health and wellbeing initiatives
• Build strong relationships with pupils, families and colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes
