      <description>Location: Watford | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | KS3 SENCO - Watford Full-time Permanent ASAP Start Academics are working with a secondary school in Watford seeking an experienced and passionate KS3 SENCO to lead and develop SEND provision across Years 7-9. The Role:  Coordinate and monitor SEND provision across KS3. Oversee EHCPs, reviews and targeted interventions. Work closely with teachers, parents and external professionals. Promote inclusive teaching and support student progress. Lead and support learning support staff.  The Ideal Candidate:  QTS with experience supporting students with SEND. NASENCO/NPQ SENCO or willingness to work towards it, where applicable. Strong knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice and EHCP processes. Excellent communication, organisation and leadership skills.
