SEND Specialist TutorProspero Teaching works in partnership with local authorities, SEND teams, and schools across the North East to provide tailored educational support for children and young people with additional needs. We are currently recruiting dedicated SEND Specialist Tutors to deliver 1:1 and small group tuition to students in the Spennymoor area.The Opportunity As a SEND Specialist Tutor, you will deliver personalised learning programmes designed to meet the unique needs of each student. You will work with children and young people with a wide range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), adapting your teaching methods to create engaging, inclusive, and supportive learning experiences.Tuition is flexible and typically ranges from 1 to 15 hours per week, with sessions usually taking place during school hours. Tutors are also required to complete weekly progress reports to track student development, monitor learning outcomes, and ensure each student continues to receive the support they need to achieve their goals.
