The role involves supporting the pupil''s individual learning needs, building confidence and encouraging positive engagement with education. The successful tutor will plan and deliver engaging, structured lessons adapted to the pupil''s abilities, helping them make academic progress while developing their independence and motivation. We are seeking a proactive tutor who can create a supportive learning environment, adapt their teaching methods to suit individual needs and build a positive relationship with the pupil.
