SEN Tutor

About the Role We are seeking dedicated and experienced SEN Specialist Tutors to provide personalised, one-to-one outreach tuition to secondary-aged students across Hillingdon, from Year 7 through to GCSE. This role is ideal for a tutor who is passionate about supporting young people who may be struggling to access mainstream education due to additional learning needs, SEND, school anxiety, or other barriers to education. You will deliver engaging and highly individualised tuition programmes designed to help students re-engage with learning, rebuild confidence, develop essential skills, and make meaningful academic progress. Maths and English teaching experience is essential. The ability to teach Science at secondary level, particularly GCSE, is highly desirable. Most referrals involve approximately 10-15 hours of tuition per student per week, generally delivered during school hours, although flexibility may be required depending on the individual learner and referral. This is an outreach-based role, so tuition may take place in a learner''s home, community setting, or another suitable agreed location.
