      <description>Location: Desborough | Salary: 23.79-23.79 Hourly | Type: Permanent | SEN Tutor Flexible Locations - Flexible Hours - Make a Real Difference Make a meaningful impact through personalised education Remedy Tutors are looking for passionate and experienced SEN Tutors, Specialist Tutors and 1:1 Tutors to support children and young people with a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). You ll provide tailored 1:1 tuition, helping pupils build confidence, overcome barriers to learning and make meaningful progress towards their individual goals. Sessions may take place in pupils'' homes, schools or community settings, offering flexibility and the opportunity to create a learning environment that works for each individual. The role As an SEN Tutor, you will: Deliver engaging, personalised 1:1 tuition based on individual needs. Support pupils with needs including autism, ADHD, dyslexia, SEMH and other learning difficulties. Assess learning needs and establish appropriate objectives. Plan and deliver structured, differentiated lessons. Adapt teaching approaches, resources and strategies to suit each learner. Build positive relationships and develop pupils'' confidence, independence and motivation. Monitor and report on progress and outcomes....</description>
