This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced tutor or teacher who is confident adapting lessons to suit individual needs and can build a positive, supportive relationship with a learner who may have experienced barriers to education. Often the successful candidate would be required to conduct lessons in the young person''s home, in local council libraries, youth centres or other locations outside of the mainstream learning environment. Key Responsibilities Able to conduct baseline assessments. Be able to write lesson plans, use relevant resources and adapt to different teaching methods.
