We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Tutor to work with students in the Bracknell area on a one-to-one basis, providing tailored educational support outside of a traditional classroom setting. About the Role: Provide one-to-one tutoring for children and young people with a range of SEN, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties. Develop and deliver personalised learning plans based on each student''s individual needs and EHCPs. Use creative and engaging strategies to promote learning and build confidence. Liaise with parents/carers and other professionals involved in the student''s education. Sessions may take place in the student''s home, a local community venue, or online.
