SEN Tutor

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalised, engaging tuition sessions to students with SEN
• Adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles and needs
• Support students with a range of needs, including ASD, ADHD, dyslexia, and other learning difficulties
• Build strong, supportive relationships to encourage confidence and progress
• Monitor, assess, and report on student development

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with students with SEN (tutoring, teaching, or support work)
• Strong understanding of different learning needs and strategies to support them
• Patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
