We support learners from Primary through to Post-16 , many of whom have complex needs , including: Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) ADHD and SEMH needs Global Developmental Delay (GDD) Physical disabilities and medical needs Communication and interaction needs Sensory processing difficulties This role requires an individual who can adapt learning to highly individual needs , delivering engaging, personalised sessions that support academic progress, independence, and engagement in learning .
