We are supporting a number of young people who are currently out of mainstream education , including those awaiting school placements, accessing alternative provision, receiving EOTAS packages, or who are Looked After Children (LAC) . Many of the students have additional needs, including Autism (ASD), ADHD, SEMH needs, Speech and Language difficulties, Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), and other SEND requirements . As a result, we are seeking tutors who can deliver personalised learning programmes while building positive, trusting relationships with learners and their families.
