SEN TutorCamden 40 - 45 per hourWe are looking for experienced and dedicated SEN Tutors to support children and young people with Special Educational Needs across CamdenThis is an excellent opportunity for passionate tutors who want to make a genuine difference to the educational development, confidence and wellbeing of young people.You will provide one-to-one and/or small-group tuition, tailored to each learner''s individual needs, abilities and learning objectives.The RoleAs an SEN Tutor, you willDeliver engaging, personalised tuition to children and young people with SEN.Plan and adapt lessons to meet individual learning needs.Support learners to develop their academic skills, confidence and independence.Build positive and trusting relationships with pupils.Work collaboratively with parents, carers, schools and other professionals where appropriate.Monitor and record pupil progress.Adapt teaching approaches according to the learner''s needs and learning style.Create a positive, encouraging and inclusive learning environment.Support learners who may have gaps in their education or require additional educational support.RequirementsWe are looking for candidates withPrevious experience working with children or young people with SEN.Experience providing tutoring, teaching, mentoring or educational support.A good understanding of Special Educational Needs and different learning requirements.The ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learners.Excellent ..... full job details .....
