You will work with learners on a 1:1 basis within home and community settings, helping them identify gaps in their learning and make meaningful progress towards GCSEs, Functional Skills and wider educational goals. Assignments can range from short-term interventions to longer-term placements, offering flexibility while allowing you to build strong, positive relationships with your learners. The Role Deliver personalised 1:1 tuition to children and young people with a range of Special Educational Needs. Support learners to catch up with missed GCSE learning and develop Functional Skills.
