This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants a role where they can make a genuine difference to a young person''s life.   What is SEMH?   Children with SEMH needs may experience difficulties with emotional regulation, anxiety, confidence, relationships, behaviour or engagement with education. For some pupils, previous experiences of school may have been challenging, and they need adults around them who are patient, consistent, understanding and able to build trust.
