We are especially keen to speak with SEN Teaching Assistants who have specific Nursery experience. The schools we assist love the idea of working closely with a smaller, independent supply teaching specialist that genuinely looks after its supply staff. As a result, we urgently require additional, motivated and enthusiastic people looking to work on day-to-day and/or long-term assignments starting asap.  Ideally, the individals we need are Level 2 and/or Full and Relevant (for pupil ratio reasons) Level 3 qualified and have practical classroom experience working with pupils who have additional needs. The additional needs can be specific e.g. Autism, ADHD, Speech & Language, or more general learning difficulties.
