SEN Teaching Assistants Required

This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who are passionate about helping children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) achieve their full potential in a supportive and inclusive learning environment. The Role As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with additional needs. Assist children with a range of SEND, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, Speech and Language needs, and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Support pupils both in and out of the classroom. Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to implement tailored learning plans. Encourage pupil engagement, confidence and independence. Help create a safe, positive and nurturing learning environment. We Are Looking For Candidates Who Have Experience working with children, ideally within a school or SEND setting A patient, caring and empathetic approach Strong communication and teamwork skills A genuine passion for supporting children''s learning and development An enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential What We Offer ..... full job details .....
