The successful candidates will support either a Key Stage 3 or Key Stage 4 class of pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), helping them to access learning, develop independence, and achieve their individual goals in a nurturing and structured environment. The Role As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: Support students with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) within a KS3 or KS4 classroom. Work closely with the class teacher and wider multidisciplinary team to deliver engaging and personalised learning. Provide one-to-one and small group support tailored to individual learning needs.
