SEN Teaching Assistant - Wellingborough Wellingborough Start Date: ASAP Full-Time Temporary We are recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to support a range of schools across the Wellingborough area. About the Role You will work directly with pupils who have a variety of additional needs, such as autism, communication and language difficulties, learning delays, sensory needs, or behavioural differences. Your support will help them engage with learning, build confidence and overcome day-to-day challenges. Your responsibilities may include: Providing one-to-one or small-group supportAssisting pupils with routines, transitions and class activitiesAdapting learning tasks to suit individual needsPromoting independence and celebrating progressWorking with teachers and other support staff to maintain an inclusive environment Every day will bring its own moments of progress and reward.
