      <description>Location: Wednesbury | Salary: &amp;pound;93 - &amp;pound;115/day | Type: Temporary | SEN Provision Teaching Assistant - Wednesbury  Are you passionate about making a difference in children''s lives? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate 121 Teaching Assistants to join our Aspire Team and work in one of our schools in Wednesbury. This role involves providing tailored support to a pupil on a one-to-one basis, helping them to access learning, build confidence, and thrive within the school environment in their SEND Provision.  Key Responsibilities: * Provide 1:1 support to a pupil with additional needs, both in and out of the classroom. * Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging learning activities. * Help to manage behaviour in a positive and consistent way. * Support the pupil''s social and emotional development. * Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals.
