EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant Required for a 1:1 Role within an Autism Resource Provision
Location: Waltham Forest
Contract: Full Time - 5 days per week
Salary: -100110 per day, depending on experience and qualifications
Start Date: Immediate Start
Working Pattern: Full-time, 5 days per week. Flexible working requests may be considered where they can be accommodated within the requirements of the role and provision.

Here at Tradewind, we are looking for a dedicated and nurturing EYFS professional to join our team, supporting a Nursery/EYFS pupil on a 1:1 basis within an Autism Resource Provision (ARP).
You will be responsible for supporting the pupil''s learning, development and wellbeing, including providing personal care where required. You will work closely with teaching staff and the wider school team to ensure the pupil receives consistent, nurturing and appropriate support.
We welcome applications from candidates looking for a full-time EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant opportunity. While this role is currently advertised as 5 days per week, any requests for flexible working will be considered in line with current legislation and the requirements of the role and school.

What We Are Looking For
Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in EYFS would be advantageous
Teaching Assistant experience, particularly within SEN settings
Experience supporting children with autism or additional needs would be advantageous
Someone flexible, adaptable and able to support pupils independently
A loyal, committed and caring approach
Someone passionate about supporting children''s learning, development and wellbeing
