This is a highly rewarding role supporting a student with a degenerative condition who is non-verbal and requires consistent physical support throughout the school day.The student has a gentle, friendly personality and a great sense of humour. He enjoys being around others and thrives when supported by someone who can encourage social interaction, engagement in lessons and participation in school life. Your role will involve accompanying him throughout the day, providing physical assistance, helping him access learning activities and encouraging positive interactions with his peers.This position would suit someone who is compassionate, energetic and confident supporting young people with complex needs.
