      <description>Location: Manchester | Salary: &amp;pound;465 - &amp;pound;550/week | Type: Temporary | The School &amp; Role Vision for Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in schools across the Denton area of Manchester. Positions are available from September, with earlier start dates considered for suitable candidates. This is a long-term opportunity, with additional day-to-day supply work also available.  As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals to provide tailored support for pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, speech and language needs, social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs, and moderate learning difficulties.  You will support pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups, helping them access the curriculum, develop confidence, build positive relationships, and achieve their individual learning and developmental goals.
