The school is seeking a compassionate, adaptable, and experienced individual who is skilled in supporting young people with additional needs, including autism and ADHD, and who demonstrates a strong commitment to fostering positive behavior, emotional well-being, and safeguarding.What We re Looking For: Previous experience supporting young people with additional needs, such as autism, ADHD, or similarA calm, empathetic, and patient approach to managing emotional and behavioral challenges.An understanding of child-centered principles such as PACE and approaches to trauma-informed care.Experience working with individuals experiencing anxiety, trauma, or emotional difficulties.Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with the young person, their family, and the wider team.Adaptability and problem-solving abilities to respond to the young person s evolving requirements.
