      <description>Location: Essex | Salary: &amp;pound;94.00 - &amp;pound;108/day &amp;pound;125 refer a friend fee | Type: Temporary | About the Role   Vision for Education is looking to appoint a caring and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils within welcoming and inclusive primary schools across Colchester.  This rewarding role involves working closely with children who require additional support to access learning and achieve their full potential. You will provide both 1:1 and small-group support, helping pupils develop academically, socially, and emotionally within a positive learning environment. Typical needs may include Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, speech and language difficulties, and other additional learning needs.
