This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about inclusive education and helping young people with complex needs reach their full potential.SEN Teaching Assistant RoleSupporting pupils with a range of SEN, including SLD, PMLD, SEMH, and additional learning needsProviding 1:1 and small-group support tailored to individual needs and abilitiesAssisting with personalised learning programmes, care plans, and sensory-based activitiesSupporting communication, engagement, and emotional regulationWorking closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff to maintain a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environmentBuilding positive, trusting relationships to promote confidence, independence, and wellbeingSEN Teaching Assistant RequirementsA genuine interest in supporting children and young people with complex learning needsA patient, calm, and proactive approachExperience supporting pupils with SLD and/or PMLD (desirable but not essential)Manual handling, personal care, or sensory support experience ..... full job details .....
