This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, Teaching Assistant or Support Worker with a passion for working with children and young people with additional needs. Key Responsibilities Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEN, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH and learning difficulties. Support pupils with their academic, social, emotional and behavioural development. Implement individual learning plans, EHCP targets and personalised support strategies. Work closely with teachers, SENCOs and other professionals to promote positive pupil outcomes. Support positive behaviour, engagement, independence and inclusion throughout the school day.
