We are recruiting for two SEND Teaching Assistant positions within a welcoming primary school. These roles would suit nurturing and confident practitioners who can build trusting relationships with children while supporting their learning, emotional wellbeing and independence. Role 1: Year 2 SEND Teaching Assistant Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:40am to 3:30pm You will support a small group of Year 2 children with a range of physical, academic and emotional needs. The role will involve adapting learning activities, providing personal care when required and supporting a child with physical needs. You will also be required to follow an agreed physiotherapy programme, administer prescribed medication in line with school procedures and work closely with teachers, support staff and other professionals.
