This role involves working closely with two KS1 pupils who are bright and capable learners, both able to access the curriculum with the right support in place. The position focuses on supporting regulation and ensuring pupils remain engaged and settled throughout the school day. This is well-suited to someone who is proactive, organised, and able to recognise early signs of dysregulation, putting appropriate strategies in place before behaviours escalate.
