Staff work collaboratively to deliver personalised support, promote positive outcomes, and create a safe and engaging learning experience for every student.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with autism and SEMH needsSupport learning activities through tailored and differentiated approachesImplement sensory and communication strategies to meet individual pupil needsPromote emotional wellbeing, resilience, and positive behaviourSupport pupils in achieving their EHCP targetsWork closely with teachers, therapists, and the wider support teamMonitor and record pupil progress, behaviour, and engagementHelp maintain a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environmentSupport personal care and behavioural needs where requiredRequirementsPrevious experience working with children or young people with SEN, particularly autism and/or SEMH (essential)Calm, patient, and empathetic approachAbility to ..... full job details .....
