This is a rewarding role for someone who has experience supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and is confident managing periods of dysregulation while helping a child access learning, develop communication skills and feel safe and settled within the classroom environment. The Role You will be working closely with a Reception-aged child with ASD, providing tailored support throughout the school day. The successful candidate will build positive relationships, implement agreed strategies and work collaboratively with the class teacher, SENCO and wider school team.
