      <description>Location: Luton | Salary: &amp;pound;100 - &amp;pound;120/day D.O.E | Type: Contract | SEN Teaching Assistant  Location: Luton  Contract Type: Full-Time (Term-Time Only)  Salary: -100 - -120 per day    About the Role    We are seeking a compassionate, patient and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist secondary school in Luton, supporting learners with a range of special educational needs and disabilities.    The school provides a nurturing and highly personalised learning environment for young people aged 11-18, with a particular focus on supporting pupils with severe and complex learning needs. Learners follow individualised pathways designed to develop their academic progress, communication, independence, wellbeing and preparation for adulthood.    As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and the wider support team to provide targeted 1:1 and small-group support, helping learners access the curriculum and achieve their individual EHCP outcomes.
