This is an excellent opportunity for a caring and experienced Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting children and young people with Autism, Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). You will work alongside teachers and support staff to help pupils develop academically, socially, emotionally and independently. Key Responsibilities Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with Autism and SEND. Support learning through differentiated and personalised activities. Promote communication, social skills, emotional regulation and independence. Support positive behaviour and maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment.
