This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), supporting their academic, social, and emotional development within a nurturing learning environment.The RoleAs an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and the SENCO to provide tailored support for pupils with additional needs. You may support students on a one-to-one basis or within small groups, helping to create a positive and inclusive classroom experience.ResponsibilitiesProvide individual and group support to pupils with SENAssist the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom activitiesSupport pupils with communication, behaviour, and emotional regulationEncourage independence, confidence, and engagement in learningMonitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teaching staffHelp maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environmentThe Ideal Candidate Will HavePrevious experience working with children or young people with SENA patient, caring, and adaptable approachStrong communication and teamwork skillsThe ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staffRelevant qualifications or training in education or SEN support (desirable)An enhanced DBS on the update ..... full job details .....
