      <description>Location: Burnley | Salary: &amp;pound;75 - &amp;pound;90/day | Type: Temporary | SEN Teaching Assistant - Reception Class  Burnley Full-Time | 5.5 Hours per Day | Monday to Friday Long-Term Opportunity  Veritas Education are looking to recruit a caring, patient and dedicated  SEN Teaching Assistant  to support children with additional needs within a Reception class at a welcoming primary school in Burnley.  This rewarding role will involve working closely with pupils who require additional support to access learning, helping them to develop their communication, social skills, confidence and independence in a nurturing Early Years environment.   The Role:    Providing 1:1 and small group support for children with Special Educational Needs.  Supporting pupils with their learning, development and emotional wellbeing.  Assisting with interventions and activities tailored to individual needs.  Helping to create a positive, inclusive and engaging classroom environment.  Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement support strategies and individual learning plans.  Encouraging positive behaviour and supporting children to reach their full potential.
