Are you a graduate looking to start a career in education, or an experienced Teaching Assistant seeking your next opportunity?

We''re looking for a passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a secondary school in Harrow on a long-term, full-time basis, with the potential to become permanent.

Experience working with teenagers through tutoring, youth work, mentoring, sports, coaching, volunteering or similar settings would be ideal.

This is a great opportunity to develop your education experience and make a genuine difference to young people.

What You''ll Do

• Support secondary students in KS3 and KS4 with learning and development

• Provide one-to-one and small-group support

• Help students overcome barriers to learning

• Build positive relationships with students

• Work alongside teachers and support staff

• Encourage confidence, independence and resilience

• Support an inclusive learning environment

What We''re Looking For

• Positive, enthusiastic and approachable

• Ideally, educated to degree level and/or experience working with teenagers
  
  
• Experience with SEN (such as ADHD, dyslexia, Autism or SEMH) is desirable

• Strong communication skills

• Passionate about supporting young people

Previous SEN experience is desirable but not essential. Your attitude and ability to connect with young people are what matter most.
