The role includes: Providing tailored support for pupils with a variety of SEND. Working one-to-one and with small intervention groups. Supporting pupils'' emotional wellbeing and learning. Encouraging positive behaviour and independence. Working collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs and external professionals. The ideal candidate will: Have experience supporting children with SEND, either in education or a related setting. Be calm, patient and adaptable. Have excellent communication skills.
