The RoleWorking primarily with children as an SEN Teaching Assistant, both on a 1:1 basis and with smaller groups.SEN needs themselves range from SEMH, ASD, ADHD and Behavioural Needs.Assessing students'' progress and discussing development with Teachers, Parents/Carers, and external agencies if necessary.Undertaking CPD if the role requires it, in which you will be accredited for.
