Tradewind Recruitment are currently looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in Milton Keynes. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced TA who is confident working with pupils who require additional support and is looking for a long-term position with the potential to become permanent. The successful candidate will work closely with class teachers and the wider support team to provide targeted support to pupils with a range of additional needs. You may be supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis, working with small groups or providing support within the classroom, depending on the needs of the school and individual pupils. The role will involve: Providing 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEN, helping them to access learning and participate positively in school life. Supporting pupils with a range of needs, which may include ASC, SEMH, ADHD, communication and learning difficulties.
